The estate is situated in Val Luretta, in the Appennino Piacentino hills. Expect tradition and an environmentally-friendly philosophy with organic certification. Felice Salamini and son Lucio have been running the estate since 1988, guaranteeing a commitment to research and quality (amongst other achievements, the company brought Metodo Classico in the production of Malvasia, their main local grape together with Gutturnio’s Barbera and Creatina, also locally known as Bonarda).

Notes

This classic Chardonnay reflects an international "barricato” style on power and character. Oaked-fermented and aged in new barriques for at least 9 months, it reveals classic notes of vanilla, dry floral and smokey tones. The palate express intense stone fruits and tropical shades developed in exceptional persistence and structure. Power and length here are truly undeniable!
