Chianti Classico Marchese Antinori Riserva is produced only with the best grapes from the Peppoli, Tignanello and Badia a Passignano estates and only in the best vintages. Sangiovese is cut with no more than 10% of Cabernet Sauvignon. The wines are fermented and separately aged in barriques yo be assembled only before being bottled.
Solid ruby in colour. this wine expresses notes of vibrant red fruit, violet, and spiced uo with hints of pepper, tobacco, vanilla and a light balsamic puff. Full bodied in the mouth with fresh acidity and an elegant tannin. Pleasantly persistent with a long, rich finish.
Perfect with wild boar, rolls of San Daniele or with pork.
