An Everyday wine for the estate's host, Lucio, this Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Superiore is a full-frame, full-body wine with an enormous capacity for adapting and being enjoyed with food. Il Bacco has very low sulphites level: indeed all their wines have about half of the sulphites limit suggested for biological wines (100 mg/l). Additionally to being organic and biodynamic, this beauty is also vegan! Enjoy its minerality and lovely tropical palate, green notes and hints of almond on the finish will truly seal its status of a great Verdicchio.
