Prosecco di Valdobbiadene DOCG Balan Extra Dry
The harvest is done in mid-September, the grapes are softly pressed, the must is taken at low temperature and the maceration is done with a cold controlled temperature, for better extraction of the aromas. Charmat method for the second fermentation, for 40 days.
Pale straw-yellow colour with a lively persistent perlage and a rich mousse. The bouquet is refined and elegant with notes of white flowers, peach and green apples. The palate is dry and pleasantly fruity with a fresh, aromatic note on the finish.
