The Teo Costa Farm produces the typical wines of the Alba area, from Roero Arneis to the Langhe Favorita, from Roero to Nebbiolo d'Alba, from Barbaresco to Barolo to Barbera d'Alba also with the mention "Castellinaldo" that recognizes the particular value of the area. The Libera Natura protocol is a unique certification that goes beyond Natural and Organic. The first one that was proposed by farmers.

THE WINE

 

This Nebbiolo is made with the Charmat method and with a process that eliminates oxygen from the various steps, from fermentation to bottling. Its unique flavour evolves in time giving a complex, rich nose that meets a lively and creamy bubble. Jancis Robinson included this great bollicine in her top festive and holiday wines: "

100% Nebbiolo, no added sulphites, makes a very gentle, unusual, rose-scented Piemontese fizz that would make a most distinctive aperitif".
